Katherine E.M. Chlumsky - Lawyer in Wichita, KS

Ms. Chlumskys civil practice is concentrated in civil litigation with an emphasis on employment law. Her domestic practice includes divorce, child custody, child support, parenting time, spousal maintenance, and paternity. Ms. Chlumsky also prepares wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.

Ms. Chlumsky completed her undergraduate studies at Bethel College in North Newton, Kansas. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Literary Studies. Ms. Chlumsky received her juris doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2015. During law school, she was a member of the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy, serving as Senior Staff Articles Editor 2014-2015 and as a Staff Editor 2013-2014. She was also a member of the University of Kansas 2014-2015 Jessup International Law Moot Court Team.
