Cody Goff is an Associate in the firms Environmental and Construction Practices. Mr. Goff has experience representing clients during complex real estate transactions involving the sale and redevelopment of environmentally impacted property, including the negotiation of contractual risk allocation provisions, access agreements, remediation agreements, and pollution legal liability insurance policies.
