Cameron represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law. Camerons diverse practice includes defending employers in cases involving wage and hour claims, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge. He regularly represents employers in matters before state and federal courts and before the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE), the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission (EEOC), and the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH). Cameron also has experience litigating representative actions, including both class actions and claims for civil penalties under the Private Attorneys General Act of 2004 (PAGA).

In addition to his litigation work, Cameron focuses on protecting employers from liability by providing advice in multiple areas of California employment law, including wage and hour compliance, discipline, termination, and employment policies and procedures.
