Daniel J. "Dan" Siegel - Lawyer in Havertown, PA

For over 30 years Daniel J. Siegel has represented clients in workers compensation, personal injury and Social Security disability claims, handling everything from major mass torts to small claims matters. His appeals court victories have helped more injured persons than any firm in Pennsylvania and he has been widely recognized for these accomplishments. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Delaware County Bar Association, as the American Bar Association Law Practice Divisions Professional Development Board Chair, Pennsylvania Bar Associations Committee on Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility Chair and Philadelphia Bar Associations Professional Guidance Committee Member.

Dan is strongly committed to giving back to the community, and since 2008, has served as 4th Ward Commissioner in Haverford Township. He is also on the Board of the Haverford Partnership for Economic Development and is counsel for the Foundation for Ichtyhyosis and Related Skin Types.

Dan received his J.D. from Temple University School of Law and his B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College (with honors). He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
