Jennifer Dillon Kotz is a partner at Schiller DuCanto Fleck LLP who has been litigating family law cases for more than 13 years. Her ability to navigate successfully through financially challenging issues and child custody related matters sets her apart from other attorneys in her field.

Ms. Kotz has litigation experience in all areas of family law, but is known for handling complex financial litigation cases, which involve business valuations, real estate appraisals, trust and estate plans, and executive compensation benefits, as well as cases involving high conflict custody and parenting issues.
In addition to her experience in litigating family law matters, Ms. Kotz has also received her certification in Collaborative Law. Ms. Kotz has received extensive recognition for her litigation and settlement skills. Ms. Kotz obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from Bucknell University (1992) and her Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law (1998), after transferring in her second year from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she was a member of the Pepperdine Law Review.
Ms. Kotz is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Law. She is also a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the American Bar Association and is a past Chair of the CBA Young Lawyers Division, Family Law Committee. Ms. Kotz has lectured on family law topics for the IICLE, the Chicago Bar Association, and the DePaul Law Society.
