Penny earned her Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 1990. She was admitted to practice law in Indiana in 1991 and in Missouri in 2002. Penny assists clients in the St. Louis metropolitan area with a wide range of family law matters. While she has developed a reputation as a dedicated litigator during a career that has spanned more than two decades, Penny is also experienced in the area of alternative dispute resolution and has been a certified family law mediator since 1996.
