Terrance J. McGonegal of Dover, Ohio who, with Steven A. Struhar, founded the firm, wants it clear to injured workers and their families that they are with them throughout the administrative and judicial process. McGonegal has been recognized as a top lawyer in workers' compensation and has been listed in the 2004, 2005, 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017,2018,2019,2020,2021 and 2022 editions of Super Lawyers.
