Nicole Brand - Lawyer in Minneapolis, MN

Nicole focuses her practice primarily on professional liability litigation for healthcare providers, as well as nursing home litigation. She handles a wide variety of claims, including those alleging negligence and lack of informed consent, as well as claims involving health care providers in administrative proceedings before their respective licensing boards. Nicole has successfully represented clients in all phases of civil litigation, including dispositive motion practice, mediation, and at trial. Nicole received her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota, Morris and her law degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law. She completed a one year clerkship with the Honorable Robert A. Amundson, South Dakota Supreme Court, and has repeatedly been recognized as a Rising Star by Minnesota Law Politics magazine.
