Nate has experience in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters, including representing various parties in contract, trust, property, real estate and insolvency-related disputes in both State and Federal court. Nate has represented clients at each stage of the litigation process, from pre-suit negotiations to trial. He has also argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on a post-conviction habeas appeal.

Nate's bankruptcy practice includes the representation of debtors, financial guarantors, indenture trustees, creditors and shareholders in Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. In his role as special litigation counsel, Nate has prosecuted hundreds of adversary proceedings concerning preferential transfers and/or fraudulent conveyances, and has successfully resolved these matters through mediation or otherwise.

Nate is dedicated to providing pro bono services and volunteering in the local community.
