The co-founder of the New Orleans office of Burns Charest LLP, Korey Nelson maintains a diverse and nationwide litigation practice, with a focus on representing the victims of unlawful corporate actions. His active matters include a class action claim brought by American Airlines employees against the manufacturer of allegedly toxic flight crew uniforms, the representation of immigrants in litigation against a national detention center operator for human rights violations, and a proposed class action brought by Illinois residents claiming violation of the states biometric privacy laws by the popular TikTok application.
