Brad is admitted to practice law in Maryland, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit. In addition, he has completed extensive training as a mediator, and has been approved for appointment as a court-appointed mediator in the Circuit Courts throughout the state.

Brad served as co-chair of the Commercial Litigation Section of the Bar Association of Montgomery County for eight years, and he has also served on various other sections and committees of that Association. He is a member of the Appellate Practice Committees of the Litigation Sections of the American Bar Association and Maryland State Bar Association. He is a member of the Rules and Statutes Subcommittee of the ABAs Appellate Practice Committee and was previously a Co-Chair of the Dispositive Motions Subcommittee of the ABAs Committee on Pre-Trial Practice Discovery. He also serves on the Program Committee for the Litigation Section of the Maryland State Bar Association. He serves or has served on the boards of directors of four local non-profit corporations: Committee for Montgomery, the Montgomery County Police Foundation, Interfaith Works, and the Conflict Resolution Center of Montgomery County.

Brad received the Leadership in Law Award from The Daily Record for his outstanding work throughout the state of Maryland and his mentoring of future professional and community leaders. He is listed in Maryland Super Lawyers in the area of business litigation.
