Carl Westmoreland is a partner in the Real Estate, Real Estate Development Finance, and Zoning Land Use practices. Zoning Land use cases in Atlanta have included the Atlantic Station redevelopment, additions to the Turner Broadcasting complex, the Terminus development, redevelopment of the Buckhead Village area, and non-profit expansions, including The Westminster Schools, Pace Academy and Canterbury Court.
