Mark I. Aronson has practiced in the area of commercial realestate law for 30 years and has handled a wide range of transactions as counselfor developers, institutional lenders and public and private entities.

Mr. Aronson has significant experience working with a variety of large scalemulti-use real estate developments. He has represented developers of resort andgolf course projects, regional malls and shopping centers as well as urban andsuburban office building projects and condominium and planned-unit developmentprojects. He has obtained federally insured, multifamily housing financing forclients and has represented developers on construction projects for which he hassecured private financing and both state and federal financing. His workfrequently involves coordination with municipal, county, and state governmentaland regulatory bodies.

Mr. Aronson also has corporate law experience and has represented clients,including pension funds, manufacturers and distribution companies. In addition,Mr. Aronson was formerly senior claims counsel with a national title insurancecompany and has experience in resolving and handling title claims involving realproperty.

Mr. Aronson has been active in the development of the parks system, policeand fire facilities and other community activities in Cooper City, Fla. He hasserved on the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, The Cooper City CharterReview Board and Blue Ribbon Committee for Capital Improvements in Cooper Cityand was chairman of the Political Action Committee Neighbors for Cooper City'sFuture.
