Greg Weyandt has tried over 150 cases to conclusion in the state and federal courts of Minnesota and Wisconsin. His practice is diverse. He has tried disputes involving health, disability, fiduciary, securities, tax and trust, products liability, construction, insurance, personal injury, banking and trade secret issues.

He has substantial experience in ERISA litigation and has represented HMOs, PPOs, medical, life, and disability insurers. He has also represented product manufacturers such as John Deere, Ditch Witch, and Yale Hoists.

Prior to joining Dorsey, Greg was Managing Partner and Chair of the Litigation group at Rider Bennett, LLP.
