Craig Raabe joined thepartnership in 2016 from a large, regional law firm, where he previously servedas the chair of the litigation department. Mr. Raabes commercial trial experience is broad and includesareas such as antitrust, government contracting, fraud, intellectual property,and unfair trade practices. He also has tried many serious felony criminalcases in state and federal court and is active in the criminal defense trialbar. As part of his commitment to public service, Mr. Raabe has handled andtried significant court-appointed criminal matters, including death penaltylitigation. In addition to his trial practice, Mr. Raabe counsels clientson compliance issues and the resolution of regulatory enforcement actions bygovernment agencies.

By appointment of the chief judgeof the Second Circuit, Mr. Raabe has served on the Reappointment Committee forConnecticuts federal defender, and the chief judge of the Connecticut districtcourt appointed him to chair the United States Magistrate ReappointmentCommittee in Connecticut. In 2012, the Connecticut district court judgesselected Mr. Raabe for the districts Pro Bono Award for his service toindigent clients. Mr. Raabe serves as an officer of theConnecticut Bar Associations Federal Practice and Antitrust Sections.

Circuits, the U.S. DistrictCourts for Connecticut and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, theU.S. Tax Court and the state of Connecticut. He is an honors graduate ofValparaiso University and Western New England College of Law, where he servedas Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. Following graduation, Mr. Raabe served asthe law clerk for the Honorable Arthur H. Healey of the Connecticut SupremeCourt.

Mr.Raabe is a commercial, instrument-rated pilot and is active in generalaviation. He serves as a volunteer pilot for Angel Flight Northeast, whichprovides free air transportation to people requiring serious medical care.
