Mr. Erly practices commercial law with an emphasis on general representation of midsize businesses engaged in a wide variety of activities including manufacturing, distribution, and resort operations. Mr. Erly has also frequently represented investment funds and other entities in connection with offerings of securities including offerings under the EB-5 immigrant investor program.
