Gary A. Bryant is a director in the Oklahoma City office of Crowe Dunlevy. Garys primary practice area involves commercial banking and litigation for financial institutions. As a member of the firms Banking Financial Institutions practice group, Garys legal practice covers a broad range of finance matters, with a focus on the representation of lenders and corporate borrowers. Additionally, he has extensive experience in the representation of lenders in their commercial real estate financing transactions across the United States.

Gary has long represented both rural and metropolitan financial institutions in complex loan workouts, restructurings, receiverships and foreclosures involving oil and gas, real estate projects, hotels, restaurants, manufacturing, transportation and agricultural businesses, as well as related Chapter 11 and Chapter 12 bankruptcy proceedings in these areas. During his practice, Gary has represented not only creditors of failed financial institutions, but also holding companies of failed institutions.

Gary is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, Phi Delta Phi, and the Order of the Coif and served as a member of the board of directors of the Young Lawyers Division of the Oklahoma Bar Association. He was an associate bar examiner for the Oklahoma Bar Association from 1982 through 1987 and is a Master Emeritus in the William J. Holloway, Jr. American Inn of Court.
