Meade Whitaker is a member of the firms Real Estate Practice Group. His primary practice focus is commercial real estate, including the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and sale of commercial real estate projects. He represents developers and owners of all types of commercial real estate projects, and he represents lenders in the financing of such projects. He also represents lenders in the sale and disposition of special asset loans that are secured by real estate. Meade regularly works with the firms corporate and bankruptcy attorneys in handling the real estate aspects of major corporate acquisitions, sales and mergers, and corporate reorganizations, financings, restructurings and exit financings.
