Stephen B. Brauerman (Steve) is a director at Bayard and member of the firms litigation group. From 2011-2014, he has served as co-coordinator of the Trial Practice Seminar. Steve currently serves the legal community as vice-chair of the Limited Liability Companies, Partnerships, and Alternative Entities Subcommittee of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association, membership chair of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association, and, Barrister in the Richard S. Rodney American Inn of Court. Steve is the immediate past President, and has also previously served as Vice President, and Secretary of the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.

While in law school, Steve worked for the Honorable Gerald Bruce Lee of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He was also Editor-in-Chief of the American University Law Review (Volume 55).Steve also serves as a Director of the Reading Assist Institute (a non-profit organization that helps children overcome language-based learning disabilities) and as a volunteer puppy raiser for Guiding Eyes for the Blind.
