Audrey E. Selin represents developers, landlords, tenants and other businesses with their commercial real estate and business needs. With more than 36 years of experience, Audrey has handled all aspects of real estate projects, including initial structuring, development, syndication, financing, leasing and management. She has taken part in numerous LBO structurings from the real estate, corporate and financing angles of the transactions. Audrey has also represented lenders and borrowers involved with real estate construction, permanent financing and corporate asset-based financing.

A significant portion of Audreys practice includes handling commercial leasing for office, retail, industrial, single-use and mixed-use properties nationwide. Audreys work representing both landlords and tenants allows her to navigate both sides of any lease transaction to a successful conclusion for all parties involved. She has negotiated and drafted leases for millions of square feet of office, retail and industrial space, both nationally and internationally. Audrey has represented some of the largest landlords in Boston and Chicago, as well as in Michigan and Florida. She also has in-depth experience in suburban representation and portfolios.

From 1977 to 1979, Audrey was an instructor at Loyola University School of Law. She served as a special assistant corporation counsel for the city of Chicago in 1987, working as a consultant to the citys Finance and Real Estate Departments.
