Attorney Nicole K. Socci has over a decade of family law experience. She cares deeply about her clients and provides excellent representation and personalized services to them. She has extensive experience in all areas of family law, including divorce, custody and parenting plans, child support, and post-divorce modifications.

Nicole understands that divorce is often a confusing and difficult time for clients. In order to minimize the emotional impact divorce can have on children and families, she encourages clients to attempt to resolve their disputes outside the courtroom through mediation or other dispute resolution means. However, she knows that some cases need strong representation, and she is prepared to fight for clients rights in court when necessary and is a skilled litigator.

Nicole graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, magna cum laude, in 2005. She earned her law degree from New England Law | Boston, cum laude, in 2008. She was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 2008. She completed internships with the Middlesex County Probate and Family Court and later served as a judicial law clerk for two and a half years to the Justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court in Middlesex, Plymouth, Suffolk, and Worcester counties, as well as the administrative office. In that role, she assisted the Justices of the Probate and Family Court in a variety of family law, probate law, and equity matters.
