In addition to hiscompany representations, he has represented a number of leading venture capitaland private equity firms, such as Grotech Capital, Carlyle Ventures, UpdataPartners, Intersouth Partners, New Markets Growth Fund and numerous others inrecent financing transactions.

In total, he has negotiated over 200 private placements and venture capitaltransactions, ranging from angel and seed financings to expansion and mezzanineround financings. Mr. Wechselblatt has represented the issuer in about one halfof these transactions and the investors in the other half — accordingly, heunderstands the key drivers and issues that both parties face in thesetransactions.

Mr. Wechselblatt also has extensive experience in leading large deal teams incomplex merger and acquisition transactions, including mergers, asset deals,stock deals, leveraged buy-outs, spin-offs, joint ventures and similartransactions.
