About the lawyer
Marc Nardone has extensive experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions in constitutional litigation involving the Second Amendment. He also has co-authored merits briefs before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, as well as numerous amicus briefs before various federal Courts of Appeals.
Marc also has experience representing clients in insurance disputes. He successfully represented clients seeking to recover damages for improperly denied coverage, and works with healthcare insurance clients to recover Medicare Advantage payments under the Medicare Secondary Payment Act.
Marc has a robust pro bono practice as well. He works closely with the Helping Up Mission in Baltimore, Maryland, to assist indigent residents with legal issues such as expungements, driving record irregularities, and asset recovery. He has also worked at both the trial and appellate level on criminal cases for indigent defendants in the District of Columbia, including assisting in the drafting of briefs before the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
Marc is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group. Prior to joining Bradley, Marc clerked for the Honorable Lynne A. Battaglia on the Maryland Court of Appeals. During law school, Marc served as editor-in-chief of the Journal of Healthcare Law Policy at the University of Maryland School of Law.
