Mr. Hartley has been responsible for more than 30 significant patent infringement lawsuits, including a number of successful jury trials, and several TRO or preliminary injunction evidentiary hearings, in fields such as computer software and hardware, telecommunciations, medical instruments and electronics.Mr. Hartley also has handled many Markman hearings, which have resulted in highly favorable claim interpretation rulings.
