With a practice focusedon electric energy regulation, Uju represents electric utilities before theFederal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).

Previously, as an attorney-advisorin FERCs Office of the General Counsel, Uju prepared FERC orders analyzing andresolving issues within the PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. region, and preparedrecommendations to FERC regarding energy policies. Uju also served as aJudicial Law Clerk in FERCs Office of Administrative Law Judges (ALJ),researching and drafting administrative opinions and orders, while managingjudicial proceedings for more than twenty concurrent cases before the ALJs.

Prior to joining Wright Talisman, Uju was anassociate in the energy practice of a national law firm, with a focus on energypolicy and regulatory compliance. Earlierin her career, Uju served as a law clerk of an international lawfirm, where she gained experience in matters involving the Federal Power Act,regional transmission organization Open Access Transmission Tariffs, FERCorders and regulations, and federal case law.
