Mr. Goodis is a founding member of the Thompson Goodis law firm and has been practicing in the Bay Area since his graduation from Stetson University College of Law. Mr. Goodis graduated with honors from Stetson and was a member of the school's U.S. News and World Report top-ranked trial team. He has been honored by The Order of Barristers. Mr. Goodis has argued successfully before the Multi-District Litigation Panel in a medical products case and before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Goodis is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Goodis is past chairman of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association's Technology Committee and past Chairman of the St. Petersburg Bar Association's Trial Practice Section.
