Michelle A. Frankel - Lawyer in New York, NY

Michelle A. Frankel started her legal career at Martin Clearwater Bell LLP. She is an associate attorney specializing in medical malpractice litigation, personal injury defense, and professional liability. She has experience in all phases of litigation, including federal court cases, and has represented varied providers including hospitals, private medical practices, nursing homes, health care systems, and childrens hospitals. Michelle was a member Union College and Albany Law Schools 3 + 3 Law and Public Policy Program. Through this program, she graduated magna cum laude as a member of Unions Class of 2013 but began law school the year prior. She then graduated cum laude from Albany Law in 2015. During law school, Michelle was a member of the Health Law Society and Managing Editor for Business and Production of the Albany Government Law Review.

Michelle came to MCB with broad healthcare experience. Her prior exposure to the plaintiffs side of medical malpractice and the inner workings of the NYS Department of Health and an international pharmaceutical company help her defend our diverse clientele.
