Adam H. Tanker focuses his practice on all aspects of family law matters including alimony/spousal support, divorce, equitable distribution, marital agreements, child support, child custody and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Mr. Tanker is a former Deputy District Attorney for the Bucks County District Attorney's office where he served as Chief of the Asset Forfeiture Unit, and was assigned to the office's gangs, guns and drug unit. Mr. Tanker also acted as the office's community liaison for gang violence. Since 2013, Mr. Tanker has practiced exclusively in the areas of Family Law and Criminal Defense, and has worked at several top tier law firms in the area. Mr. Tanker is a seasoned litigator for those cases that cannot be resolved by agreement, and his effective trial skills serve his clients well, especially in high conflict custody cases.
