Wendy Boggiano practices in the areas of education, labor and employment law, and general civil litigation. She serves as general counsel to numerous public school district clients, advising them daily on a variety of matters, such as: compliance with anti-discrimination laws, personnel improvement plans, student discipline matters, conducting investigations into employee misconduct, employee terminations, family medical leave, compliance with the Missouri Sunshine Law, and compliance with recently enacted or revised statutes affecting public school districts. Wendy is also an experienced litigator.
