Kristi Paschall - Lawyer in Englewood, CO

Berg Simpson's trial attorney, Kristy Paschall, focuses her legal practice on complex personal injury and wrongful death cases. Ms. Paschall is passionate about the law and believes that it is her duty to protect the interests of victims who have suffered serious injuries through no fault of her own. She enjoys helping her clients navigate complex legal situations, and her clients can rely on her skill, compassion, and attention to detail both in and out of the courtroom.

Before continuing her legal career, Ms. Paschall worked in telecommunications as a project coordinator for national fiber-optic communication channels, as well as voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and virtual private networks (VPN). Ms. Paschall received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Denver in 2007 in communications and received her law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2010. While attending law school as a single working mother, Ms. Paschall was awarded a Humiston-Varney Scholarship for academic merit.

Prior to joining Burg Simpson in 2020, Ms. Paschall handled personal injury litigation, family relationship disputes, criminal cases, probate cases and bankruptcies. She is currently a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.

A native of Colorado, when not protecting the interests of her clients, Ms. Paschall enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children, attending sporting events («Go Ahead, Broncos and Cornhuskers!»), theater productions, school events, hiking, fishing and reading.
