Bobbie Sprader is a partner in Bricker Ecklers Health Care group where she devotes herself exclusively to health care litigation. Her practice includes the defense of physicians and hospitals facing claims of medical negligence and wrongful death. In that role, she has over two decades of experience in the courtroom conducting jury trials, arguing to various appellate courts and arguing before the Ohio Supreme Court. She also provides a wide variety of litigation support to hospitals and various health care provider. An invited speaker on legal issues relevant to the medical community, Bobbie has testified before the Ohio Legislature several times on issues relevant to the medical community on behalf of the Ohio Hospital Association and the Ohio State Medical Association, and has spoken to various groups on behalf of other clients and organizations, such as the Ohio Society for Healthcare Risk Managers, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Ohio Osteopathic Association, the Society of Ohio Healthcare Attorneys, the Ohio Society for Healthcare Risk Managers, Ohio Association of Magistrates, and the Columbus Bar Association to name a few.
