Tiffany Raush is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group. She focuses her practice on complex construction disputes. Tiffany counsels clients primarily in the heavy industrial, midstream, and upstream energy industries, as well as other industries, with an emphasis on disputes involving major infrastructure and industrial construction projects. She has represented energy and industrial/manufacturing companies, EPC contractors, design professionals, general contractors, and subcontractors in a broad range of multimillion-dollar, time-sensitive matters involving delays, acceleration, productivity losses, scope increases, change orders, nonpayment, bid protests, and design defects, among other issues. Her recent engagements include negotiating contracts related to a $17 million EPC scope, pre-dispute counseling for a design-builder on a multibillion-dollar project with respect to COVID-19 claims, pre-litigation counseling for an EPC contractor negotiating $28 million in claims with an owner, litigation related to a $35 million subcontract involving $18 million in claims for delay, acceleration, and scope increases, and management of litigation related to a nearly $3 billion infrastructure project from Texas to Louisiana. As part of her commercial litigation practice, Tiffany has defended and pursued multimillion-dollar breach of contract, breach of warranty, and business tort claims. In addition to her trial-level and arbitration work, she has also successfully prosecuted and defended appeals.
