Bruce Sostek is Co-Chair of Thompson Knight's Intellectual Property Practice. He focuses his practice on intellectual property, complex commercial litigation, technology, and business counseling, primarily in the areas of computer hardware, software, telecommunications, the Internet, sports, media, and entertainment law. He has tried cases involving patent, trademark, or copyright infringement, theft of trade secrets, unfair competition, and other intellectual property concerns in federal courts throughout the country and at the International Trade Commission.
