Ms. Milone isa member of BodnarMilone LLP and an experienced matrimonial litigator, havingso limited her practice over the course of the past 30 years. She has represented matrimonial litigants inthe Counties of Westchester, New York, Kings, Nassau, Suffolk and Putnam inboth Supreme and Family Court, and in the Appellate Divisions of the First andSecond Departments. She is a member of the Family Law Sections of the New YorkState Bar Association, the Westchester County Bar Association and theWestchester Womens Bar Association. Sheis also a member of the Executive Committees of the Family Law Sections of theNew York State Bar Association (NYSBA) and the Westchester County BarAssociation (WCBA), served as Vice-Chair and Chair of the WCBA Family LawSection and is currently a Co-Chair of the Long Range Planning Committee of theFamily Law Section of the NYSBA.

She is a founding member, past-VicePresident (2003-2005) and past-President (2005-2007) of the Association ofCollaborative Lawyers of Rockland-Westchester, a member of the New YorkAssociation of Collaborative Professionals, a member of the International Academyof Collaborative Professionals, and a Fellow of the American Academy ofMatrimonial Lawyers, is a member of the Board of Managers of the New YorkChapter and previously served as a Vice President of said Chapter.

She periodically lectures for theFamily Law Sections of the New York State Bar Association and the WestchesterCounty Bar Association, was Editor-in-Chief (2000-2008) of, and been publishedin, the Domestic Law Review, a quarterly publication of the Family Law Sectionof the Westchester County Bar Association. She co-authored an article entitled «Judicial Alchemy: TurningLosses into Marital Assets», which was published in the Spring, 2000 andMillennium issues of the Family Law Review, a publication of the Family LawSection of the New York State Bar Association. Ms. Milone has been included in all editions of New York Super Lawyersfrom inception to date and in Best Lawyers in America since 2007.
