William D. "Bill" Belanger - Lawyer in Boston, MA

Bill chairs the firms Specialized Litigation Department and is a member of the firms Management Team and Policy Committee. He represents technology and other industry clients in patent litigation, licensing, and counseling on intellectual property matters. Bill has successfully litigated patent, trademark, and other intellectual property cases in federal courts and before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). In addition to working in private practice, Bill previously served with the ITC as an attorney advisor to Judge Paul J. Luckern, an experience that helps Bill to provide clients with an inside perspective on the federal agency.
