Kyle C. Horth is an attorney in the firms corporate, taxand estate planning departments where he focuses his practice on providingeffective counsel to individuals and businesses on a range of corporate, taxand transactional matters, including entity formation and funding, mergers andacquisitions, tax structures and other complex business transactions. Mr. Horthconcentrates his trusts and estates practice on estate planning, trust andprobate administration, federal income, estate, gift and generation-skippingtransfer taxation. Mr. Horth earned his bachelors degree at theUniversity of Central Florida prior to receiving his J.D. and Tax LL.M. fromthe University of Florida. While in law school, Mr. Horth participated inmultiple co-curricular activities and served as the Senior Research Editor forthe Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy, a member of the UF Tax Moot CourtTeam and participated in numerous competitions, including the 2014 Albert R.Mugel National Tax Moot Court Competition.
