Lynnwood R. Moore, Jr., is a partner in the law firm of Conner Winters, LLP, which he joined in 1971. He is currently head of the Corporate and Securities Group of his firm. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politics in 1967 from Princeton University and a Juris Doctorate in 1970 from the University of Oklahoma. At the University of Oklahoma, he was a member of the Order of Coif and a member of the Board of Editors of the University of Oklahoma Law Review.

He is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Moore is a former Chairman of the Business Association Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association and was a member of the subcommittee of that section that drafted the Oklahoma General Corporation Act. He is a member of the Liaison Committee of the Oklahoma Department of Securities. He has spoken at numerous seminars and continuing legal education programs, primarily on securities and corporate matters.

He is currently a member of the Oklahoma Legal Ethics Advisory Panel. He has been the primary author of several opinions issued by the committee and the panel. He has also spoken on ethical issues arising in trust and estate planning practices.
