Mia Farber is a Shareholder in the Los Angeles, California office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She serves on the firm's Management Committee and is the Coordinator of the firm's Southwest Regional offices.

Ms. Farber has extensive experience in all facets of employment litigation. Ms. Farber has tried numerous cases. She also has extensive experience arbitrating employment disputes pursuant to employment arbitration agreements and collective bargaining agreements as well as defending employers in judicial arbitrations.
