Edison P. McDaniels III - Lawyer in Englewood, CO

Edison McDaniels is a trial attorney for the Construction Defects Litigation Group at Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine. Since joining the firm, Mr. McDaniels has focused his practice on building defects legislation and liability for construction products. He is currently working with a team representing homeowners and community associations. Mr. McDaniels was selected by the National Association of Trial Lawyers to be included in the Top 40 Associations under the age of 40.

Mr. McDaniels, a 2007 graduate of the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech, spent six years in real estate banking before enrolling at the University of Colorado School of Law, graduating in 2016. After graduating from law school, Mr. McDaniels received a scholarship to the First Judicial District and then worked as an assistant district attorney in Jefferson County, Colorado. Prior to joining Burg Simpson, Mr. McDaniels spent several years working for a start-up company. This diverse skill set allows Mr. McDaniels to provide a high level of service, communication and expertise to clients across the spectrum.

In his free time, Mr. McDaniels likes to be outdoors, and he can often be found running, hiking, cycling and exploring the cutting edge of Colorado. An avid gardener, Mr. McDaniels also spends time tending his vegetable plants and in the kitchen, cooking the fruits of his labor.
