Mr. Seibert is Of Counsel in the Rodey Law Firm's Albuquerque office and has had a varied commercial practice in Albuquerque since 1983, primarily in commercial real estate, real estate finance, leasing and development, business transactions, real estate litigation, and general business and corporate law. Mr. Seibert has represented, among others

• regional real estate developers, project operators and investors,
• financial institutions,
• closely-held/family corporations,
• business buyers, sellers and franchisees,
• non-profit institutions,

• issuers and users of state government bonds,

with responsibility for due diligence, negotiation, documentation and closing of transactions in New Mexico and surrounding states, including vacant land and project acquisitions, sales and exchanges, construction, permanent and equity financing, opinion letters, joint ventures, complex lease negotiations, including office, retail and ground leases, and build-to-suit leases, lease enforcement and workouts, condominiums, easements, affordable housing programs, and protective covenants, as well as litigation involving property access, liens, leases, easements and mortgages, among other matters.

He also provides clients general advice on tort and environmental liability, business start-up, capitalization and governance issues, business acquisitions and sales, state and federal tax issues, dispute avoidance and resolution, insurance and risk management, and ethical issues.
