Ms. Meyer has also developed a special interest in mental health issues and divorce such as confidentiality and record-keeping.

Ms. Meyer graduated from the University of Northern Colorado, Honors Program, in 1992 (B.A., with departmental honors in Political Science, magna cum laude). In 1995, she received her law degree from the Washington College of Law, American University.
