Patricia Polis McCrory - Lawyer in Indianapolis, IN

Patricia is a Partner with Harrison Moberly, LLP where she focuses her practice on complex litigation matters including intellectual property, trade dress infringement, director and office liability, lender liability, breach of contract, and environmental issues. Non-profits use Ms. McCrory to deal with governance and donation issues.

Patricia is also the owner and sole member of Mediation Roundtable LLC.

As a litigator and business adviser, Patricia has served as Lead Counsel in patent infringement litigation involving catalytic converting coating processes, a highly technical case brought in the United States District Court, Northern District of Indiana/Hammond Division. Her work with a health care client involved representation of that entitys officers and directors against the Department of Insurance in an insolvency action. She has also dealt with the Department of Insurance on behalf of a Multi-Employer Welfare Benefit Plan and its officers and directors.

Ms. McCrory is regularly called upon by clients with environmental concerns on the regulatory and litigation fronts, including petroleum operators and dry cleaners. She has assisted property purchasers throughout the state with a myriad of legal issues including Brownfield redevelopment.

A graduate of the IU McKinney School of Law, she is a business major and former managing partner of Harrison Moberly, LLP. She is active on not-for-profit boards and past President of the Kiwanis Foundation of Indianapolis. Her past leadership also includes President of the Seventh Circuit Bar Association.
