Stephen Fedo is Neal Gerber Eisenbergs General Counsel. His practice involves trial and appellate advocacy in many areas of business law, and he has represented domestic and international corporations in disputes arising from commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, trademark licensing, franchising, and corporate group control and liability. He also litigates federal and state tax controversies and has substantial experience in contested trusts and estates. He has counseled and litigated on behalf of both public and private entities in the area of governmental affairs, including the Office of the Governor of the State of Illinois, and serves as special counsel to the Illinois Supreme Courts Board of Admissions to the Bar and Committee on Character and Fitness.

Since 1993, Stephen has served as an instructor in the Intensive Trial Practice Program at the University of Chicago Law School. He is also a frequent lecturer on bar admissions and on accommodation of disabled persons in connection with bar examinations.
