Tom has experience selecting appropriate project-delivery methods and negotiating and drafting various types of construction contracts. He regularly counsels clients with the legal aspect of project management. He has experience on numerous types of projects from simple to complex, including projects delivered pursuant to IPD Agreements, Master-Services Agreements, MATOCs, and others. When disputes arise, Tom has experience handling project-related claims, such as payment disputes, construction liens, payment- and performance-bond claims, schedule-impact claims, differing site conditions, extra-work claims, default and termination disputes, construction and design defects, and various other construction matters. Tom also advises clients concerning state- and federal-government contracts.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Tom served honorably as a United States Marine. He continues his service to the nation by advocating for service members' and veterans' rights.
