Chad is a shareholder in the firms litigation section, with a concentration on defending claims for personal injury and wrongful death, including claims for trucking liability, liquor liability (dram shop), premises liability, and products liability. Chad currently serves as insurance defense counsel for multiple insurance companies and routinely appears in venues throughout the state of Alabama.

Chad additionally represents clients in matters of estate and trust litigation.Chad was recently named a Mid-South Rising Star? a designation afforded to only 2.5% of lawyers in the state of Alabama who are under 40 years of age.
