Pamela Duffy joined the firm of Sharpless Stavola on January 1, 2015, having previously been with the firm of Wishart Norris P.A. where she practiced civil litigation since 1991. Pamela focuses her practice on business litigation and estate litigation, handling matters statewide in a diverse set of industries in both federal and state trial courts as well as appellate courts. In her trust and estate litigation practices, she has represented both beneficiaries and defended fiduciaries. In her business litigation practice, she primarily represents closely held companies and professions in contract disputes, business torts, insurance coverage disputes, intellectual property disputes, and employment matters.
