He has assisted in briefing appeals before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth and Eleventh Circuits and has arbitrated cases under the American Arbitration Associations Commercial and Construction Rules. He also has represented clients involved in government civil investigations.
A former advanced placement high school teacher and coach, Mr. Bell understands the necessity of setting clear goals and objectives with clients and co-counsel, the importance of consistent communication, the need to balance hard work and efficiency, and the expectation to be prepared and perform strongly.
