Mr. Diaz hasrepresented numerous employers in non-compete cases and in litigation ofemployment discrimination claims before federal and state courts, the EqualEmployment Opportunity Commission and the Florida Commission on Human Relations.Mr. Diaz provides counsel to employers on a wide range of issues, includingmanagement training, employment audits, drafting employment contracts, severanceagreements, employment policies and handbooks, and non-competition agreements.In addition, Mr. Diaz advises clients on compliance with employment-relatedstatutes and regulations.
