Mr. LeBoff attended Loyola Law School on a full academicscholarship, graduating second in his class of nearly 400 students. AtLoyola, Mr. LeBoff received countless academic awards and served as an editorfor the Loyola Law Review.

After graduating from law school, Michael LeBoff clerked for theformer Chief Judge of the Central District of California, Manuel L. Real, wherehe saw firsthand the importance of always being prepared before entering thecourtroom. Following his clerkship, Mr. LeBoff developed his trial skillsworking at some of the finest law firms in Orange County where he had theopportunity to up against Klein Wilson in complex joint venturelitigation. Having developed mutual respect for each others skills andcivility, Mr. LeBoff joined Klein Wilson in 2016. Less than two yearslater, he was named the first new partner in the first 25-year history.

Michael LeBoff represents clients of all sizes in a wide varietyof business cases, including shareholder, partnership and joint venturedisputes, trade secret claims, fraud, breach of contract, business torts, realestate, and legal malpractice actions.

Mr. LeBoff also spent a portion of his career in the clientschair, as he served as in-house litigation counsel for ACC Capital Holdings,the parent company of large, nationwide financial services companies. During that time, Mr. LeBoff represented his client in consumer litigation,class actions, employment litigation, trade secret cases, and insurancecoverage disputes. As in-house counsel, Mr. LeBoff managed nationwidelitigation and worked daily with outside counsel to develop and implement cost-effectivelitigation strategies. Mr. LeBoff also reviewed and approved outsidecounsel bills and reported to senior management on significant litigationactivities. In this role, Mr. LeBoff learned the importance of billingefficiencies and litigation results.

Mr. LeBoff currently serves as a co-chair of the ProfessionalLiability Litigation Committee of the American Bar Associations Section ofLitigation. Mr. LeBoff previously served three years as co-chair of thesections largest committee, the Commercial and Business Litigation Committee.He currently chairs its Ethics Subcommittee. In 2019, Mr. LeBoff was elected tothe Orange County Bar Associations (OCBA) Board of Directors. Mr. LeBoffserved as the Chair of the OCBAs Business Litigation Section. Mr. LeBoff isalso the former chair of the OCBAs Banking and Lending Section.

Outside of the office, Mr. LeBoff is a husband and father of twoteenage daughters. Mr. LeBoff coached his daughters T-ball and soccer teamsand led his girls Adventure Princess Expedition. Mr. LeBoff is a die-hard LasVegas Raiders fan, a fantasy sports athlete, and a recreational pickleball andpoker player.
