Brian J. Molloy is General Counsel and serves as Chairman of the Board at Wilentz, Goldman Spitzer, P.A. His professional liability litigation practice includes defending lawyers and law firms, both insured and uninsured, from Am Law 100 law firms to solo practitioners, as well as Judges and a number of different insurers including Attorneys Liability Assurance Society (ALAS) against claims of malpractice and ethics violations.
